We are now looking for a route setter to join our team at Klätterverket, Gasverket.

Job Description
As a route setter with us, you will work in a close-knit team with the goal of creating a high-quality, safe, and stimulating climbing experience.

As a route setter, you will set boulder problems and routes adapted for all levels, and when needed, you will test and evaluate what we build. In addition to route setting, the work also includes safety checks, supervision, and daily as well as preventive maintenance of the climbing gym, climbing walls, and holds.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with strong creative ability who loves climbing. You work well in a team and have a solid understanding of putting the team before the individual.

Qualifications
To be considered for the position of route setter, you must be an active climber with a good understanding of climbing and climb regularly yourself.

Meritorious
Previous experience in route setting in commercial gyms is a plus but not a requirement. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Experience in practical work such as carpentry/handicraft and/or rope access work is an advantage for the position.

Hours and Location
40–80% position with a fixed monthly salary. Your primary workplace is Klätterverket Gasverket, but we also occasionally work at our other facility in Sickla.

A 6-month probationary period applies.

Working hours are mainly during daytime on weekdays, but evening and weekend work may occur in connection with events.
