Cancellation and Refund Policy

Climbing Academy and Summer Camps

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to skola@klatterverket.se

  • Cancellations made no later than 1 month (30 days) before the start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made later than 1 month (30 days) before the start date will receive a refund of 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations made later than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable, and the full amount must be paid.
  • In special circumstances, such as if you are forced to withdraw due to serious illness or injury, you may be entitled to compensation. Compensation is calculated as 80% of the registration fee divided by the total number of sessions/days in the term or camp, multiplied by the number of sessions/days missed. A medical certificate is required for any refund.
